By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Website is available to users who are at least 18 years old and reside in our service areas (excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions). By using this Website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

1.2 Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and images, is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

2.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our premium dining furniture (including dining benches, chairs, room sets, and tables) through photographs and specifications. However, slight variations in color or wood grain may occur due to monitor settings and natural material characteristics.

2.2 Custom and Special Order Items

Custom-made or special order dining sets are clearly marked as non-returnable unless defective. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You represent that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

4.2 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries or remote areas.

4.3 International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected upon delivery.

5.1 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Item must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, with all packaging and tags
• Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-returnable items include custom/special order sets, “Final Sale” items, and products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery.

5.2 Return Process

2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Ship the item in original packaging with the RMA clearly marked
4. We inspect returns within 3 business days of receipt

5.3 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

6.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders and to promptly update any changes.

6.2 Delivery Coordination

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries and for inspecting items promptly upon arrival.

6.3 Damage Claims

Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims related to your use of this Website or Products is limited to the purchase price of the Products in question. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
